"Platform": the AMSDeeper web program and owners app. "Customer": the property management company or association subscribed to the platform. "Owner": a unit owner using the owners app or a payment link. "Association": the owners association managing the property, to which service charges are paid.

The platform gives customers accounting, association management and collection tools, and lets owners view their charges and documents, submit requests and pay dues. The association or management company is responsible for the correctness of charges, balances and property decisions; the platform is the technical tool that carries them out.

• Use accurate details and keep your password and sign-in codes secret.
• Accessing other people's data or attempting to disrupt or misuse the platform is prohibited.
• We may suspend an account on suspected misuse or at the request of the association concerned.

All amounts are in UAE dirhams (AED). Card payments are processed by a UAE-licensed payment gateway; card details are handled by the gateway and never stored by the platform. Before paying, the owner sees the dues, every additional fee on its own line (such as the online payment fee and the messaging service fee) and the total.

The receipt is issued once the gateway confirms the payment. Bank transfers carry no additional fees; the balance is updated after management reviews the proof.

• Messages the owner requests — sign-in codes, SMS and WhatsApp messages — are not free; they are charged at the provider's actual cost plus a service fee, added as a separate line to the owner's next card payment, and never to a bank transfer. The program keeps a record of every message, which the owner may request from management.
• AI services in the program and the app are not free; they are charged by usage at the rates published to the subscribing entity, with a meter showing the usage.
• The owner accepts these terms in the owners app before using it; the acceptance is recorded with the date and version.

Refund requests follow the refund and cancellation policy published on this website.

We process personal data according to the privacy policy on this website and UAE law.

We aim to keep the platform available; it may stop for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is in all cases limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms; the version date is shown at the top. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; the courts of the emirate where the company is located have jurisdiction over any dispute.
