Privacy policy

The association or management company controls its owners', units' and charges' data, which the platform processes on its behalf. We control customer account data and platform operation records.

• Identity and contact: name, email, mobile number and preferred language.
• Ownership and financial: units, charges, payments, receipts and statements.
• Requests and attached documents, including ID documents for ownership transfers.
• Technical: sign-in and device logs, the notification token when enabled, and a log of messages sent.

We do not collect or store card numbers. The owner enters card details directly on the licensed payment gateway's page; we receive only the payment status and reference.

To deliver the service: verifying identity and ownership, issuing invoices and receipts, processing payments and requests, sending sign-in codes and notifications, financial reconciliation, legal compliance and protecting the platform from misuse.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the association and management company concerned, technical service providers (hosting, email, messaging, notifications, payment gateways) as needed to deliver the service, and authorities where legally required.

We use encrypted connections, role-based permissions and audit logs. Financial and legal records are kept for the period required by law; other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Visitor invitations and gate entry records, including entries without an invitation, are deleted automatically after the association’s retention period (6 months by default); a visitor’s optional ID photo is deleted after 30 days. The facility log (such as the pool and gym) is for association management only and is deleted after the same retention period. Contact details in sale and rent leads are kept with the person’s consent, and their deletion can be requested at any time.
